Bolna is a voice AI orchestration platform purpose-built for India, enabling businesses to create inbound and outbound calling agents across 10+ Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Hinglish. The platform orchestrates 20+ ASR, LLM, and TTS models, delivers natural conversations with under 300ms latency, supports bulk calling campaigns, and includes human-in-the-loop escalation, with both API and no-code interfaces. Since its first commercial deployment in May 2025, Bolna scaled from roughly 1,500 calls per day to over 200,000 daily calls, serving e-commerce, edtech, healthcare, BFSI, and hospitality use cases like support, cart-abandonment recovery, logistics confirmation, and recruitment screening. In January 2026 Bolna raised a $6.3M seed round led by General Catalyst, with Y Combinator and Blume Ventures participating.
