Its AI tool, Artur, helps sell homes, simplify transactions, reduce costs, and guide users to settlement, where Beycome's in-house title agency takes over closing. The flat-fee model is designed to cut traditional real estate commissions while still supporting MLS listing, marketing, transaction coordination, and title services. In 2025 Beycome raised a $2.5M seed round led by InsurTech Fund, with participation from Florida Opportunity Fund, Pivot Ventures, RedShift Capital, Neer Venture Capital, Kima Ventures, Ignite Venture, Founders Future, and strategic angels.
