Amie was founded in 2020 in Berlin by Dennis Müller, a former N26 product manager, with the goal of making a productivity app people actually enjoy opening. It began as a beautifully designed calendar-plus-todo app and has evolved into an AI-powered workspace that records meetings, generates summaries and action items, and keeps your schedule, tasks, and email in one place.
AI meeting notes without the bot
Amie records calls across Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Slack without sending a bot into the meeting. Its AI produces summaries with business context, extracts action items into your todo list, and can answer questions about past meetings via a chat assistant connected to Google Calendar and Gmail. Shareable pages organize meeting documentation by project or customer, and integrations push updates to HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Linear, and Pipedrive. Apps are available for macOS, Windows, and iOS.

Amie raised a $1.3M pre-seed led by Creandum — the early Spotify backer — with Tiny.VC and angels from N26, Chime, and Dubsmash, followed by a $7M seed led by Spark Capital with participation from Personio founder Hanno Renner and Vercel CEO Guillermo Rauch.
