allO is a Munich-based startup building what it calls the first AI-native operating system for restaurants. The platform unifies point-of-sale, integrated payments, reservations, kiosks, delivery, webshop and back-office tools into a single system, then layers a suite of AI-powered 'digital employees' on top to automate operations such as order taking, guest communication and administration. allO serves over 1,000 active restaurant locations across Germany, with locations up sixfold and revenue 3.5x year on year since its seed round. Co-founded by Cancan Liu, Teodor Rupi and Benedikt v. Lewinski, allO raised a $14M (€12M) Series A led by Zigg Capital in 2026, with LifeX Ventures, Aperture and Wecken & Cie. joining alongside seed backer 20VC and Keen Venture Partners, to expand its AI restaurant platform across Europe.
