Airia is an enterprise platform for securing, governing and orchestrating AI models and agents, organized around four functions. Discover handles shadow-AI discovery, AI asset inventory and security posture assessment. Secure covers automated red teaming, an MCP gateway, runtime guardrails and an AI firewall. Govern provides governance dashboards, compliance reporting mapped to regulatory frameworks, role-based permissions and audit logging. Optimize includes an agent builder, model routing and cost optimization across providers. Airia publishes a developer hub, a documented web API and an official Python SDK, supporting no-code through pro-code building. The company reports around 150 employees across five continents with offices in London, Singapore, Dubai, Melbourne, Sofia, Bangalore and Miami alongside its Atlanta base, and names ArcelorMittal, Mars, BuzzFeed and KOA among more than 300 enterprise customers. A free starter tier exists alongside sales-led enterprise pricing.
Funding
In September 2025 Airia announced $100M in funding consisting of $50M already invested plus a further $50M commitment, supplied entirely by co-founder John Marshall from his personal capital rather than by outside venture investors. Marshall previously co-founded AirWatch, acquired by VMware for $1.54 billion in 2014, and served as Co-Chairman of OneTrust until 2023. No valuation was disclosed and no conventional priced venture round has been announced.
