Wittify.ai is a Saudi Arabia-based conversational-AI company focused on a market that mainstream chatbot platforms serve poorly: native Arabic, in all its dialectal variety. Where most tools are English-first and treat Arabic as a translation afterthought, Wittify builds agents designed from the ground up to understand and respond across more than 25 Arabic dialects, enabling natural conversations for customers who do not switch to formal or English speech. The platform spans voice, chat, and omnichannel assistants that can listen, act, and integrate with the systems a business already runs.
The product is delivered as a no-code platform, so non-technical teams can build and deploy assistants that connect to websites, social-media channels, CRMs, and call centers. This lowers the barrier for banks, telecoms, retailers, and government entities across the Gulf to automate customer interactions in language their users actually speak. By combining dialect coverage with system integration, Wittify aims to move beyond scripted FAQ bots toward agents that complete real tasks across channels.
Wittify was founded in 2024 by Nader El-Batrawi and Sarah AlHumoud and is headquartered in Riyadh, with offices in Dubai and Cairo. Dr. AlHumoud is one of the Arab world's foremost experts in Arabic AI, with over two decades in computer science and a decade focused on Arabic natural-language processing, and previously led AI at King Salman's Complex for the Arabic Language, giving the company unusually deep domain credibility.
In July 2025 Wittify.ai closed a 1.5 million US dollar pre-seed round from a syndicate of prominent Saudi angel investors. The company is also backed by major accelerators including inspireU by stc, Misk x Plug and Play, and the TikTok x Blossom Accelerator. The funding accelerates product development, grows its engineering and product teams, and expands go-to-market efforts across the MENA and GCC regions.
