Its platform generates and evaluates hundreds of thousands of design configurations in parallel to identify optimal layouts for cost, safety, and performance before construction begins. The company says it reduced pre-construction engineering on one industrial project from six months to a few weeks, and on another identified a design that cut projected capital costs by over 50%. Founded in 2025 by serial founders Alex Modon, Jordan Stern, and Tara Viswanathan, Unlimited Industries emerged from stealth in December 2025 with a $12M seed round co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and CIV.
