Typewise sells an enterprise-grade AI agent platform that sits above a company's existing support stack and autonomously handles omnichannel written customer interactions. Rather than answering with text alone, its agents take actions in connected systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zendesk and ServiceNow, with workflows defined in natural language rather than flowcharts or code. The platform includes a Knowledge and Actions Hub, human approval gates for sensitive steps, automated evaluation and simulation before deployment, and an analytics layer reporting resolution rate, intent and CSAT. Typewise also licenses a separate on-device AI SDK for text prediction, autocorrect and reply suggestions in over 40 languages. The company began as a consumer keyboard app and pivoted to B2B around its Y Combinator S22 batch; it hosts data in the EU and holds ISO 27001 certification.

Funding

Typewise raised roughly $1M in July 2020 from more than a dozen Swiss business angels plus a grant from Innosuisse, the Swiss federal innovation agency. It ran a Seedrs crowdfunding campaign in the second half of 2021 and received $500,000 from Y Combinator on joining the Summer 2022 batch. No later round has been announced, and no reliable total funding figure has been published.
