Tidio is a Polish customer service software suite comprising a help desk with ticketing, live chat, a visual automation builder called Flows, and Lyro, its AI support agent. Lyro answers customer questions grounded strictly in content the business uploads, operates within configurable guardrails, and escalates to human agents based on defined rules; Tidio states an average resolution rate of roughly 67%. Lyro Connect lets teams drop the agent into an existing helpdesk rather than replacing it. The platform unifies conversations from Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and email into a single inbox and reports resolution rate and CSAT analytics. Tidio is heavily used by e-commerce merchants through its Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Adobe Commerce integrations, and states more than 300,000 companies use the product. A developer portal exposes a widget SDK, an OpenAPI surface and webhooks.
