What Silverlake Does

Silverlake is a Java-native agentic AI operating system for the enterprise, built by Redouble AI. It maps agentic concepts onto established enterprise primitives, using an organization's own language, security model, and infrastructure, so Java engineers can define an agent in a few lines of code while the platform handles orchestration, permission control, auditability, rate limiting, and the coordination of autonomous agent networks.

By meeting large enterprises where they already are, on the JVM, with strong governance and security, Silverlake targets regulated, Java-heavy organizations that want to deploy AI agents into production without re-platforming their stack.

Backing & Use Cases

Redouble AI is backed by Y Combinator, Exponential, Transpose Platform, Tiny VC, and the Oxford Seed Fund, and is advised by Java creator James Gosling and operations expert Professor Christian Terwiesch. The platform has been developed with design partners across biopharma, insurance, and financial services, with applications including writing submission-ready Clinical Study Reports, analyzing financial data for private-equity investors, and automating claims processing.
