Reclaim.ai is an AI-powered calendar and scheduling assistant that automatically optimizes how individuals and teams spend their time. Connecting to Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, it uses AI to defend focus time, find optimal meeting slots across attendees, auto-schedule tasks and habits into open blocks, add buffer time, and resolve conflicts as priorities shift through the week. Users can preview and approve changes before they take effect.

The product combines several capabilities into one layer over the calendar: Smart Meetings for finding times across schedules, task scheduling that prioritizes work directly onto the calendar, habit and break automation, and time-tracking analytics that measure focus time, meeting load and fragmentation. A Slack integration syncs calendar status to cut interruptions.

Reclaim serves knowledge workers and teams across engineering, sales, product, marketing, HR, finance and executive support, with usage spanning individuals, teams and enterprises. The company reported adoption by more than 43,000 companies and over 320,000 people.

Founded in 2019 by Henry Shapiro and Patrick Lightbody, Reclaim was acquired by Dropbox in 2024 (reported at roughly $40.2M) and now operates as 'Reclaim.ai from Dropbox.' At acquisition, Dropbox indicated continued investment in the product and signaled no near-term changes to pricing or support, with Reclaim complementing Dropbox Dash. It offers a free Lite tier alongside paid Starter and Business plans, positioning itself as an automation-first alternative to manual calendar blocking and standalone scheduling-link tools.
