qbiq is an AI-powered architectural planning platform founded in 2019 in Tel Aviv that automates commercial real estate space design. Users input requirements such as seat counts, room types and finish materials, and qbiq's generative AI produces a complete design package: optimized 2D and multi-floor layouts, photorealistic renders, virtual tours, Revit/CAD models and material quantity takeoffs. The platform compares multiple layout options to accelerate leasing and fit-out decisions, replacing weeks of manual architectural work with results delivered in roughly five minutes. qbiq serves landlords, tenants, architects, construction firms and brokerages including AECOM, JLL, Colliers, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield across more than 60 countries, and reports having generated hundreds of millions of square feet of layouts. The company raised a $16M Series A led by Insight Partners in January 2025 with participation from JLL Spark, 10D, Ocean Azul, Random Forest and M-Fund.
