What Parley Does
Parley is a San Francisco AI platform that automates flat-fee US immigration legal work. It drafts evidence-aware petitions directly in Microsoft Word, auto-populates USCIS forms such as I-129, I-140, I-907 and G-28, assembles indexed and paginated exhibit packets in one click, and analyzes and drafts responses to Requests for Evidence. It also automates research against DOL and USCIS data and tracks live case status. Supported categories include EB-1, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2 and O-1.
Workflow and Trust
Parley integrates into a lawyer's existing process through a Microsoft Word add-in plus Google Docs, Dropbox and Google Drive for evidence, and offers a USCIS case-status API with webhooks. The product is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant. Founded in 2024 by Ian Edwards, Jackson Perry and CEO Philip Smart, Parley is backed by Y Combinator and is in use with immigration firms.
