What Memory Store does
Memory Store provides shared context for a team and its AI agents, turning the work a team already does into connected, accessible memory. It captures what happened, who was involved, and what changed across meetings, chat, and AI sessions so both people and agents can draw on the same context.
Key capabilities
The platform ingests meetings, Slack conversations, and notes from tools such as Fathom, Granola, and others automatically, without requiring a new app or workflow. It groups conversations by project, person, and decision, and maintains living "Briefs" that update themselves as new memories are added. Any agent that supports the Model Context Protocol can connect and access this shared memory, including ChatGPT agents, Claude, and Codex, among many others.
