Meet-Ting is a London-based AI scheduling assistant that simplifies meeting coordination directly inside email threads. Users CC the assistant's email address into a conversation, and the AI reads the thread, understands the scheduling intent, and proposes suitable times based on each participant's calendar availability. Built by Dan Bulteel — a former TikTok and adidas executive — in partnership with venture studio Cocreatd, Meet-Ting is powered by Google's Gemini AI and is part of the Google AI Startup Program. It currently supports Google Calendar with Microsoft Outlook integration planned. The company raised an oversubscribed €289k SEIS round in 2025 backed by a group of prominent British entrepreneurs, positioning itself as a lightweight, inbox-native alternative to traditional scheduling tools.
