Lio, headquartered in Munich and led by CEO Vladimir Keil, builds an AI multi-agent system for enterprise procurement. A single request triggers specialized agents that work in parallel to research vendors, negotiate contracts, manage approvals, and track deliveries across the purchase-to-pay process. Lio reports an 85% reduction in manual procurement work, an additional ~10% in cost savings through automated negotiations, more than 1 million users across 150+ enterprises, and a 95%+ adoption rate for standardized, compliant processes. Clients include Schaeffler, REHAU and Zeiss. In March 2026 Lio raised a $30M Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, with SV Angel, Harry Stebbings and Y Combinator participating, to expand its agentic procurement capabilities and help enterprises manage billions in spend.
