LatentForce is a Bengaluru-based AI-native platform for large-scale enterprise code migration and software modernization, founded in 2024 by Aravind Jayendran (CEO), Vinay Kyatham (CTO), and Dr. Prathosh AP (Head of Research). Unlike AI coding copilots aimed at individual developers, LatentForce builds agentic AI systems and efficient, task-specific Small Language Models (SLMs) purpose-built for legacy transformation, letting organizations upgrade decades-old software with greater accuracy, security, and control. It is already used by developers across BFSI and SaaS enterprises in India and the US. In December 2025 LatentForce raised a $1.7M seed round co-led by Ideaspring Capital and Yali Capital, with proceeds going toward strengthening its proprietary migration models and accelerating expansion across India and globally.
