Landbot is a no-code conversational app and chatbot builder founded in 2017 and headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. It enables businesses to design interactive chatbots for websites, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger using a visual drag-and-drop builder, without writing code. Landbot raised a seed round in 2018 led by Nauta Capital, and in January 2021 secured a roughly EUR 6.5M Series A led by Swanlaab, with participation from CDTI and earlier investors, bringing total funding to around $18M. The company operates on a freemium model with a free tier and paid plans that unlock channels, seats, and advanced features.
