Enlaye operates an AI-native Risk Lifecycle Management platform for construction and infrastructure. Rather than reviewing a single document or schedule, it ingests data across an entire project — documents, drawings, contracts, schedules, field reports and correspondence — and applies graph neural networks and multimodal AI to categorise and predict delay, construction error, geotechnical, contractual, financial and commercial risk. Critically, it benchmarks against the customer's own historical projects rather than a generic industry risk matrix, building a form of institutional risk memory. Every response is corroborated against source data, an explicit rejection of black-box scoring. The company says the product has been deployed across more than $17 billion in project value in the US, Canada and Europe, with VINCI Group among its customers.
