Contentsquare is a digital experience analytics company founded in Paris in 2012 by Jonathan Cherki. Its platform uses AI to capture and analyze how customers behave across websites and mobile apps, surfacing friction, opportunities and revenue impact through session replay, heatmaps, journey mapping and an AI assistant called Sense. After acquiring Hotjar and Heap, Contentsquare now serves more than 3,000 brands.

The product spans Experience Analytics, Product Analytics, Experience Monitoring, Conversation Intelligence, Voice of Customer and Mobile App Analytics. Teams use it for conversion-rate optimization, UX and journey analysis, error monitoring and customer research, with more than 100 third-party integrations.

Contentsquare has raised over USD 1.4B across six rounds, including a USD 600M Series F in July 2022 (USD 400M equity plus USD 200M debt) led by Sixth Street Growth at a roughly USD 5.6B valuation. It offers a free tier and a self-serve Growth plan alongside Pro and Enterprise contracts.
