In 2025 Citibot launched Citibot Refresh, a product that automates and streamlines municipal website maintenance. The company raised a seed round in March 2024 from investors including CreativeCo Capital, SC Launch, Civstart, Charleston Angel Partners and Meeting Street Capital.
