Bravi builds an AI operating system for home-services businesses, using AI-powered customer communication as its wedge. The platform replaces front-office functions such as calls, chats and follow-ups with AI agents, then layers an internal AI copilot that understands products, pricing and technical documentation. The company initially focused on fenestration (shutters, windows, garage doors) before expanding to adjacent trades, and works with leading installers and manufacturers across Europe and the US. Bravi is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and is part of Y Combinator's Fall 2025 batch.
