People Jesse Zhang
Jesse Zhang is co-founder and CEO of Decagon, a San Francisco AI customer-support company he started in 2023 with Ashwin Sreenivas. He grew up in Boulder, Colorado, studied computer science at Harvard, and previously founded Lowkey, a social gaming clip app acquired by Niantic in 2021. Decagon's AI agents power customer service for more than 100 companies including Hertz, Notion, Bilt, Duolingo, Substack, and Rippling, and the company has raised $255 million from Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, and Bain Capital Ventures. Zhang was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in AI.
