Lyzr closed a $100 million Series B round at roughly $500 million valuation — with its own AI agent running the entire fundraise process.

The three-year-old Jersey City startup builds AI agents for enterprises. Its system, SivaClaw, fielded questions from more than 130 investors, drafted investment memos, and tracked which presentation slides backers spent time reviewing.

The agent essentially served as the startup's fundraising point person while demonstrating the product's capabilities to potential investors. It's a pitch that writes itself: the AI agent that raised the money is the same technology Lyzr sells to corporate clients.

Zero travel required

Lyzr pulled in $400 million in investor interest from Silicon Valley, Middle East, and financial-sector backers without founders making traditional Sand Hill Road coffee runs, according to Bloomberg.

The round reflects the current AI funding environment where startups with proven traction can secure nine-figure rounds without extensive in-person relationship building.

SivaClaw handled the operational heavy lifting that typically consumes weeks of founder time during fundraising cycles. The system managed investor communications, prepared materials, and provided analytics on investor engagement patterns.

Enterprise AI agent market

Lyzr competes in the rapidly expanding enterprise AI agent space, where companies are deploying autonomous systems to handle customer service, sales processes, and internal operations.

The startup's approach focuses on helping large organizations build and deploy their own AI agents rather than providing pre-built solutions.

The successful fundraise serves as a real-world case study for potential enterprise customers evaluating AI agent capabilities for complex business processes.

Lyzr plans to use the Series B funding to expand its enterprise sales team and enhance the SivaClaw platform's capabilities for handling more sophisticated business workflows.
