Winston Weinberg

Winston Weinberg is co-founder and CEO of Harvey, an AI platform for law firms and professional services. He holds a BA from Kenyon College and a JD from USC Gould School of Law, and worked as a securities and antitrust litigation associate at O'Melveny & Myers before co-founding Harvey in 2022 with Gabriel Pereyra. The company secured early backing from the OpenAI Startup Fund and in March 2026 raised $200 million at an $11 billion valuation co-led by GIC and Sequoia, with 700+ clients across 63 countries.
