Misha Laskin

Misha Laskin is co-founder and CEO of Reflection AI, a startup building autonomous coding agents that has raised over $2 billion. He was previously a senior research scientist at Google DeepMind, where he led reward modeling for the Gemini project. Trained in theoretical physics at Yale and the University of Chicago, he co-founded Reflection with former DeepMind colleague Ioannis Antonoglou.
