Matt Price is co-founder and CEO of Crescendo, an AI-powered customer service company launched at General Catalyst with Anand Chandrasekaran. He earlier spent more than a decade at Zendesk, founding its European operation and serving as SVP leading the customer service organization. He attended the University of Reading.
