Hariharan (Hari) Kolam is the co-founder and CEO of Findem, a People Intelligence platform for talent acquisition launched in 2019. He previously founded and served as CTO of Instart Logic, and holds degrees from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and Stony Brook University.
