Clay Bavor

Clay Bavor is co-founder of Sierra, an AI customer-experience platform he started in 2023 with Bret Taylor. He spent 18 years at Google, most recently leading Google Labs, and earlier founded and led Google's AR/VR division, including Project Starline and Google Lens, after running product and design for Google Workspace. Sierra builds conversational AI agents for consumer brands and enterprises and is currently valued at roughly $10 billion. He focuses on making customer-facing AI agents that feel natural and resolve issues end-to-end.
