Charles Liu is co-founder and CTO of Plaud AI, a San Francisco-based company that makes wearable AI recording devices that transcribe and summarize conversations. Before Plaud, he ran a Shenzhen electronics factory making smartwatches; he co-founded Plaud with Nathan Xu in 2021.
